Dear Friends,
It’s time to take stock of the year behind us (buh-bye 2021!), and to make plans for the year to come. I know I’m wishing for an end to the pandemic and for the ability to spend in-person time with family, friends, and my students. I also am thinking about the innocent men and women who wrongly remain behind bars like Julius Jones and Melissa Lucio, and I am hoping that they too will be able to join their loved ones in freedom one day soon.
As part of my annual “taking stock” process, I’ve once again written my Criminal Justice Reform Wishlist, which you can find on my blog at https://jessicahenryjustice.com/criminal-justice-reform-in-2022. This year, I’ve included some organizations that are doing great work in the criminal justice arena, and ways that you can lend your support.
Take a read and let me know what you think, either on the blog or by email. I always love to hear from you!

Thank you for all that you do. I believe that together we can make meaningful change.
Wishing you a happy, healthy, and justice-filled New Year!
Take good care,
Jessica
